Tam se za\u010dal ps\u00e1t m\u016fj &#8220;potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160kola m\u011b bavila a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu jsem se v r\u00e1mci prax\u00ed, ale i brig\u00e1d, pohybovala v r\u016fzn\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch provoz\u016f (pek\u00e1rny, ml\u00fdn, ml\u00e9k\u00e1rensk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby, \u0161krob\u00e1rny, masn\u00e9 v\u00fdroby). Tak jsem nakonec, ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9m ro\u010dn\u00edku, m\u011bla jasno. V\u011bd\u011bla jsem, \u017ee chci v oboru z\u016fstat. Hl\u00e1sila jsem se proto na podobn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly a v roce 2000 jsem tak nastoupila na&nbsp;<strong>Mendelovu zem\u011bd\u011blskou a lesnickou univerzitu v Brn\u011b, na obor Chemie a technologie potravin.<\/strong>&nbsp;Vysokou \u0161kolu jsem pak \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zakon\u010dila v roce 2005 a za\u010dala hledat sv\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed. Kdekoliv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e to malou chvilku vypadalo, \u017ee zakotv\u00edm v \u010dokol\u00e1dovn\u011b, v \u010cesk\u00e9 T\u0159ebov\u00e9, nakonec jsem zvolila Sedl\u010dany a tehdej\u0161\u00ed\u00a0<strong>Povltavsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9k\u00e1rny a.s.<\/strong>\u00a0Proto\u017ee se mi od sam\u00e9ho za\u010d\u00e1tku v tomto kraji l\u00edbilo a p\u0159ipadal mi hodn\u011b podobn\u00fd rodn\u00e9 Vyso\u010din\u011b, z\u016fstala jsem zde. Je to u\u017e 20 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V ml\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u011b jsem nastoupila jako&nbsp;<strong>kvalit\u00e1\u0159 pl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00fdch s\u00fdr\u016f<\/strong>&nbsp;a m\u011bla jsem tak na starost kvalitu \u201cPepy\u201d. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b to byl pr\u00e1v\u011b Sedl\u010dansk\u00fd Hermel\u00edn a Vltav\u00edn, kter\u00e9 se v Sedl\u010danech vyr\u00e1b\u011bly (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vedle Lu\u010diny). Co obn\u00e1\u0161ela pr\u00e1ce kvalit\u00e1\u0159e? Kontrolovat provozn\u00ed kvalitu, prov\u00e1d\u011bt st\u011bry, pom\u00e1hat se zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm sanita\u010dn\u00edch postup\u016f, a tedy i prov\u00e1d\u011bt vlastn\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed s oper\u00e1tory. \u0160kolit zam\u011bstnance na hygienick\u00e9 minimum, prov\u00e1d\u011bt ka\u017ed\u00fd den degustace v\u00fdrobk\u016f, ne\u017e je uvoln\u00edme na trh. Spolupracovat nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi odd\u011blen\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po \u010dty\u0159ech letech jsem dostala nab\u00eddku, v\u00e9st z\u00e1vodn\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>laborato\u0159<\/strong>. Nab\u00eddka, kter\u00e1 se nedala odm\u00edtnout. Tak jsem najednou m\u011bla 15 pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch ve dvou z\u00e1vodech. Tehdy je\u0161t\u011b fungoval provoz ml\u00e9k\u00e1rny v P\u0159\u00edbrami. Zodpov\u00eddala jsem tak za kontroln\u00ed pl\u00e1ny a za prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy. Komunikovala jsem s extern\u00edmi laborato\u0159emi, dodavateli, \u00fa\u010dastnila se certifika\u010dn\u00edch audit\u016f, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vedla sv\u016fj bezvadn\u00fd t\u00fdm \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2013 potom p\u0159i\u0161la druh\u00e1 nab\u00eddka a to, na pozici\u00a0<strong>mana\u017eera kvality.<\/strong>\u00a0Najednou jsem m\u011bla na starosti kvalitu celkov\u011b a vid\u011bla zase dal\u0161\u00ed str\u00e1nku tohoto odd\u011blen\u00ed. Vedla t\u00fdmy HACCP, prov\u00e1d\u011bla intern\u00ed audity, p\u0159ipravovala z\u00e1vod na certifikace ISO a IFS. Komunikovala jsem s extern\u00edmi firmami, dozorov\u00fdmi org\u00e1ny a certifika\u010dn\u00edmi spole\u010dnostmi. V kv\u011btnu 2019 moje cesta (vlastn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161iny z n\u00e1s), ve spole\u010dnosti Savencia Fromage&amp;Dairy Czech Republic a.s., skon\u010dila. Rozhodla jsem se, \u017ee kraj, kter\u00fd se stal m\u00fdm domovem, neopust\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee je \u0161koda, nevyu\u017e\u00edt to co jsem se za t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 14 let nau\u010dila a nep\u0159ed\u00e1vat znalosti a zku\u0161enosti d\u00e1l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto po mal\u00e9 pauze pom\u00e1h\u00e1m u\u017e 5 let mal\u00fdm a st\u0159edn\u00edm firm\u00e1m, restaurac\u00edm, kter\u00e9 si v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a nem\u016f\u017eou se v\u011bnovat st\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edm legislativn\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201ckam na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu\u201d jsem nepl\u00e1novan\u011b skon\u010dila na&nbsp;St\u0159edn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 \u0161kole&nbsp;v Humpolci, na nov\u011b otev\u0159en\u00e9m oboru Ekologie potravin.
